When I called the Hotel, I was told the swimming pool was in operation, but when we got there, it was not. I chose here because it was operating and my grandchildren could swim a couple of times while we were there. They were disappointed.

I was told swimming pool was open, when I made the reservation. It was not and my grandchildren were disappointed. Parking was hard to find. Bath tub did not drain, very inconvenient.

When we were checking in I asked the hours for fitness center and pool and was told those areas closed for renovation. These are two items my family uses and needs and are 2 reasons why I specifically booked this hotel. I understand things need to be renovated however, this was not communicated anywhere at anytime on website or in email confirmation communications. Very poor customer service and such a simple fix. Just communicate. We will go elsewhere next time.

We were traveling with three children, a handicapped person and a dog. All our needs were met with no problem at the Hampton Fredricksburg. A great choice for families traveling with special needs.

Your hotel is awesome. Very clean, staff is great, delicious breakfast. The only thing is I can't take my kids to pool. The stench of chlorine is so high it gives me an instant headache.

Most of all the ladies at the front desk was wonderful really nice ladies i would most def be back here .. My kiddos loved the pool as well thank you Hampton Inn ..We Tip and wrote a note

This hotel is excellent. Close off of 95, clean, comfortable. The check-in staff is kind. She talked with my kids and made us feel welcome, even late at night after a long travel day.
