Aloft Chesapeake

The stay was okay not the best. Usually love my stay at aloft but we were put in adjoining rooms beside a family with kids of all ages by the voices thru the night and 1st thing in the morning.

There are a lot children roaming around playing making noise slamming doors and guest talking loud in the hallway corridors and I noticed a couple of water spills on the first floor at different times .

Needed a last minute stay for a few days that was able to also accommodate my lil fur baby. The staff was so welcoming to him.

We stayed here for a night on a road trip with a dog and a toddler. We asked for an extra mattress ages to was set up before we arrived, the mattress leaked air so they quickly sent another. I will say the staff is really responsive and friendly. However the floor is not properly cleaned and vacuumed. There was debris in bathroom and in the room. Bathroom was missing tiles, toilet seat is loose and moves left and right. Splash guard on the bottom of the shower door was missing a length so after I'm done with shower I step into a puddle. Bed is not particularly comfortable but I was so tired it didn't matter.

I had an overall great experience at this hotel it was my second time here. The only thing that was displeasing was we were next door a family and the baby cried loudly on the other side was a barking dog. Staff was pleasant and friendly entertainment in the lobby was great and the pool was nice as well. If you’re going to stay here just ask who’s next door to you!
