It was a great hotel for the price for our family for a travel softball tourney. My only issue was the condition of the hallway carpets. They definitely need a deep clean or replacement. The room itself was great and very clean.

Came with kids for tournament and stay was expected for price. Beds are not comfortable and blankets are pitiful. Had to go to Target to buy blankets to keep kids comfortable. No room cleaning despite requesting in advance for a 4 day stay. Hallway carpet in dire need of deep clean or change due to deep stains. Food was okay. Front desk was hit or miss with quality of customer service. Like the renovations in room but my door hinges were not aligned so needed to actually lift the door to fully close.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. Not very sound proof and children above us ran all around their room most of the night. And a lot of noise in the hall. Otherwise our stay was great.

Not to go full on “Karen” here, but my family and I were super unhappy with our stay. The room was muggy and no amount of air conditioning made it comfortable. And apparently when you discover a cockroach crawling across your floor, it’s only worthy of a 50% refund. “Luckily” we found a second cockroach within minutes of the first because then and only then did the hotel agree to give us a full 100% refund. Save yourself the trouble and don’t book here if you desire cleanliness.

Last minute booking due to family in town. Comfortable room and bed. The shower was amazing. Glad it had a microwave/refrigerator. Some places don't have either one. I would definitely stay again!
