We arrived past midnight. Called in advanced for a quiet room as we have to be up early to visit University of Vermont for undergraduate admission. We were assigned a different room from what we have reserved. Staff took a while to get the right room and we waited for extra bedding for the sofa bed. We finally went to bed around 1:30 am. Buffer breakfast has limited supply for many food and missing many items listed on the menu at 9:15 on a Saturday morning. We were there for half an hour, there were few families who joined us for breakfast. No staffs came out to add more or replenish the items for the breakfast buffet. Check out staff is very nice and friendly, thank you.

Nice little pool, kids had fun. Pillows are mushy but overall nice place. They even give us bottled water

We were just helping out a family member that had surgery. We spent very little time at the hotel. The people were extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

There were no cribs upon checkin =my children had to sleep on the floor - not ideal - hotel staff very unfriendly - cigarette butts on balcony and shower not clean - not great accommodations.
