I have stayed in many hotels throughout the world, from no stars to 5 stars. I was struck by both the warmth and professionalism exhibited by EVERY staff member I encountered during my 5 day stay. I was impressed by the delicious breakfast offerings, which is very difficult to maintain for such a large group of clients. The front desk concierges made one feel cared for, which is key to the weary traveler. Even the General Manager was helpful, gracious and attentive. So often in other hotels they are aloof and keep to themselves, but the GM of this Holiday Inn was one of my 2 favorite ever, and the other Hotel was the Connaught in London. I honestly felt I was staying with a welcoming family. Thank you.

The hotel staff were especially gracious and accommodating during the busy solar eclipse stay. Erin, in management was in particular a huge help to my family as we navigated the area. Erin is a true asset to the Holiday Inn Express. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice room came with no clothes hangers, no housekeeping service one day, dirty elevators, an AC that we had to turn off completely it was so loud in order to sleep, a flat screen TV that was impossibly smeared by incompetent cleaning, and tons of noise from the pool area and kids running in the hallways far into the night. Our three night stay cost us $835 which I thought was a ripoff, even for Burlington, VT.

The room was nice! Clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in bringing us a crib, and then a fan to use for the night. The breakfast was just okay but I did like that there were options like self make pancakes and scrambled eggs. I did like the dining room feel. My kids were made to feel welcome. Easy parking. The negatives: the pool was pretty dirty. It was unexpectedly closed for 2.5 hours in the morning when my kids had their hearts set on swimming before we left. There was a lot of noise at night. I’m a light sleeper and I must have woken up half a dozen times, despite the fan noise and the white noise machine we brought from home. Minimal but the ice machine didn’t work on our floor.

The staff upon check in was phenomenal… she assured us that my mother with limited mobility could take the other elevator and If we needed help, they were a phone call away! The staff was also sweet and gave me an extra set of towels because I had my 2 kids with me. I would stay here and only here from now on! Loved the room.. sooooo clean and well designed! Standing ovation for the staff!

Property was in a central.location but needed to drive to everything. Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. Access was secure and felt safe. The pool was clean and had plenty of towels available it was perfect for a family w young kiddos. Also found this facility to be very accessable even the pool area had lifts for someone who might need the extra assist. East restrooms and wheelchair access everywhere. The gym looked nice but we only looked in..didn't use it. Our room was nice and clean near the ice and laundry room. The only thing we didn't like was the funky TV and remote set up.. but we weren't there to watch TV so... It was low on the priority list. Breakfast was also nice and the ladies were busting to keep it stocked and hot!! Overall a great stay ..wouldn't hesitate to stay again!!

Loved it when we got there, i traveled with my children and husband. Sadly people complained of my 1 year old crying more then once and we were almost moved in the middle of the night. Breakfast was not great at all, made us sick after. Pretty sure this hotel has people living there as well. People need to understand babies cry and they have dreams so to complain is ridiculous. We did our best to get him settled down and to bed
