I ended up having a family emergency and my mom passed away and I wasn’t able to make my trip and I tried to contact the hotel about a refund and was told someone would contact me and they never did. Very disappointed

The stay was great! The hotel overall was nice and clean. The staff was also extremely helpful. Only downside I would have to say was the restaurant attached. They were not that busy however our waitress vanished at one point. When we received our food it was after families who arrived after us and the food was cold. The hotel was extremely accommodating however it was loud with doors closing at all hours. If I had to book here again I absolutely would!

The property was nice. The kids loved the pool and the restaurant was great. The only issue I had was the construction that was taking place. Once that is done, the place should be even better
