My daughter & I stayed in a studio suite for 3 nights. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great location and very family friendly. We enjoyed the small pool and outdoor areas. The free breakfast was perfect with hot food options, cereals and yogurt. I will definitely stay here again.

Great layout for families. Area is nice. The beds are pretty hard, and pillows are flat and very small.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, because it's conveniently located to my family and it's reliably clean, with nicely appointed rooms that include a kitchenette, and free breakfast. I also count on wifi access, which has always been good; but this time I was in room 203 and apparently that wing of the hotel has very poor wifi reception. Router problem? Hope they fix it! Also wish recycling was offered. Nevertheless, I recommend it!

Everything was wonderful, clean, kid and pet friendly. Loved the made to order omelet station at breakfast! Highly recommend!

Nice hotel for family getaway at mouth of Little Cottonwood. The hot tub and warmed pool a bonus after a day of skiing. Good breakfast, love the omelets, to start the day.

The 2 bedroom unit is perfect for my family. It's so convenient to have separate living/dining to the bedrooms and the second bedroom has a separate sink to the toilet & shower so very convenient. I also like to convenience of Sandy... very central and easy to jump on the highways to get to the airport, the city, the mountains like Park City, Provo and beyond. I also like the egg station, just wish there were other options like fried eggs and not just scrambled or omelette.... Hyatt House is definitely my preference when in Salt Lake.

We arrived about 30 minutes prior to check in. The friendly staff asked if the kids would like to swim while we waited for our rooms to be ready. This was greatly appreciated. Breakfast is delicious. Fresh fruit with yogurt, bagels, omelettes, We look forward to our next visit.

Had a great stay. We stay as handful of hotels each year and this Hyatt House was good for me. The pull out bed was decent for kids but would not suffice for adults. The kind size bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was not good, tried it 2 days and opted out the third day. There is no EV parking with charging. The kitchen was nice to have but we weren't expecting it so we didn't use it to it's full potential. The room cleanliness seemed slightly better than the average hotel.

We were told the pool was open all year, got here and it’s not. That was the soul purpose of our stay. So that the kids could go swimming. The rooms are small but definitely needs some repairs. Dirt on the walls, cracks in the paint, shower scum and broken seals in the shower. We always stay at the Hyatt so we weren’t expecting this. Pretty disappointed with this location.
