We really enjoyed our stay. The room and hotel was very clean. Breakfast was amazing. There was a large variety of hot and cold items to choose from, which was perfect with my kids. I wish parking was free, but I did enjoy being able to park in the shaded parking garage that was located right next to the hotel. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and we enjoyed using them. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help us with anything that came up.

we stayed at the Embassy Suites for a long weekend summer trip with the family (family of 4) The two queen beds with separate living space was perfect for us, especially during nap time. It was really nice to be able let my 2 year old nap without any distractions. Really appreciated that our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast selection was great. The pool was also great, we went and burned off energy every evening. The only things that were a miss which is very minor is the toilet paper holder was flimsy and broke, also housekeeping could given us an extra roll of TP on our 3rd day, we ran low. BUT other than that we had a really great stay and will definitely stay there again!

I enjoy the staff and the rooms very much. I’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times now—every time I visit my grandkids! The breakfast bar and happy hour are great! I love this place!

The bathroom was covered in hair! It was vile. Hair on every surface, towels, shampoo bottles, sink, floors, you name it! The staff when I told them just said oh sorry. The parking is terrible if you have a lot of luggage or children. The lobby was nice. I will however never ever stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Warm hot tub, cold pool, didn't feel like the heater was on unfortunately. Also, we got a suite and the heat only went to one side..... the other side was cold and kids said too cold to sleep

The trip was good. Room was clean and front desk was always helpful. I would say the kitchen staff was friendliest. The breakfast buffet was good. But room service NEVER answered the phone. Terrible service. And they never once cleaned our room in the 5 nights we were here. 2 of the mornings we slept in and had a do not disturb sign.. but the other mornings, we saw them in the hall a few doors down headed towards our room. They saw us, we said hi. We didn’t have a sign on the door. And they never once entered our room and replaced our towels, took our trash, nothing. That was a bummer. One of the pillow covers and my kid’s sheets had an old deep yellow stain on it when we first arrived. The room was clean but the sheets made us a little iffy. Overall though, it was a nice quiet room. Modern and comfy suite, and central location to everything we wanted to see.

We paid our reservation 45 days ago and when we got to the hotel they told us out room was sold. They wanted to give us a smaller room for that night but we didnt fit. They just told us it something that happens all the time with hotels , you pay for it and they over sell rooms and this happens. It was so bad for us since we have 3 little ones and our flight was delayed 5 times. We got to the hotel around 11:30 pm and they told us this :-/ we were so upset :-(
