A quick trip to see family

Upcharges foe everything Dirty room Staff didnt communicate well Left important information in inconvenient spots of reservation so as to be unobserved. They didnt tae reservation detaild into consideration and put a family of young kids onthe second floor and we were getting complaints less than 20 min of being there as we were unloadng. Didnt provide enough linens for a family of 6.

Remarkably clean and comfortable. Lots of good, casual places to eat nearby. Just what we needed in the middle of our family road trip.

A great place to stay while visiting family. Very close to all kinds of shopping and eateries. Friendly staff. Very happy here and would def stay here again.

We like this hotel chain. The rooms is always perfect for our family trips. This particular one had plumbing issues that should have been apparent the last time it was serviced but we made it work for our stay. The staff was apologetic.

Not terrible but it was a little low end for the area. It’s more like a weekly stay place, and there was a big party going on down the hall, and employees smoking right outside of the door where me and my son had to walk through the smoke to get to our car. Not a terrible stay but not a good spot to bring kids.

When checking in there was a strange man just standing at the hotel entrance. We were then locked out of the hotel and could not even get in to check in. We used the phone by the door but nobody answered. We then called from our cel phone and no answer. After about 10 minutes standing there with luggage and tired kids a worker came from the parking lot and was like oh you checking in and smelled very strongly of smoke. The whole time checking in that was the ONLY words they said to us besides asking us our name and for us and card. Very unfriendly. Hotel is dark and very dated. Not up to date and all. Room was clean but not great and bathroom was not great. Won’t be staying at any brand of these hotels again.
