Our family has been to this hotel multiple times. Our first stay was when they first opened and we keep going back. We have stayed at other hotels in the area and this is our favorite. The rooms are spacious , they are clean, the breakfast is good , ample parking , conveniently located and generally pretty quiet. Although we have had noisy guests near us in the past, it has been pretty good. Our go to place in the valley.

Front Desk employee didn't seem very happy. Really didn't say much or even smile. My kids said she was the same way another time we stayed there. The internet streaming was down. Couldn't watch Netflix or Disney. We disconnected several cords, even had the front desk try to help. Never was able to use the streaming service during the stay. Kids stated that the pool was dirty (Cloudy) and had a heavy chlorine smell. Garbage cans seemed overly full.
