overall, our stay was not so bad. We were there with many other families for a soccer tournament. Due to the soccer game schedule, we needed a late check out of 1:00 PM yesterday. The manager provided that for many of the other family in our group. But she refused to accommodate that for us!! They shouldn't do it for anyone or provide that for all!!

This was my second stay here. This is now my go-to place to stay when visiting family in Herriman. Staff was super friendly and helpful both times (they actually remembered me and my daughters from when we first stayed here 4 months ago!). Rooms are spacious and clean.

We always stay at this hotel, as we have family in Herriman. This visit I needed a handicap room as I recently had leg surgery. They were immediately accommodating. Our room is always nice and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We love their hot breakfasts and fresh fruits. Checking in and out is seamless. I highly recommend staying here if you want a clean and relaxing environment.

First off we reserved two rooms over 2 months ago but upon check-in one room was on the first floor and the second room was on the second floor. Friends of ours reversed a room a week before our stay and were given the room next to us while our kids had to stay in the room on the second floor. The staff said they were unable to put our reserved rooms together. The mattress was hard, our view faced the back entrance wall and the flood light from outside came through the curtain lighting up the entire room making it impossible to sleep. The pool was fenced but in the parking lot and parents refused to keep their kids out of the hot tub which they were not supposed to be in in the first place.
