Had to get a room cause it was across the street from the hospital. Then i needed to extend my stay so i did that directly through the hotel. They told me i didn't need to do anything on the original checkout because it was extended. Then i get a call while at the hospital telling me i had to check out and then back in, in person. That i only had a few minutes to come do it otherwise they would remove my stuff from the room and cancel the extension. No exceptions. Are you kidding me? I had to leave the hospital to return to the hotel. But are you kidding me? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone needing to go to the hospital there. They don't care. Then the full breakfast is a lie. All they had were cinnamon rolls. Yeah, that won't work for people with certain health issues. Don't stay here!

What made this property great for us was the staff. They were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful - we felt like family! Our room had a glitch (clogged shower), and they took care of it pronto! But the carpet was stained in a couple areas, the credenza/TV stand was chipped, and the fabric chair was heavily stained (rm 233).

the floor above are being hosted by small children however the staff did not do anything. can't sleep all night long.

We stayed for a graduation, promotion, and for family. The hotel has limited front area parking. Elevator works just fine and have to be patient for it. No problems with check in or check out. We visited the pool one evening and one morning. It did not appear cleaned. Limited pool towels in the evening and no pool towels available in the morning. Staff is nice. Breakfast was ok, but was the same all weekend. We had to request towels due to no housekeeping service on weekends for those staying multiple days. The bathroom wasn't quite cleaned out of trash and the couch could use a shampoo service. However, the room was comfortable and no major problems. Some traffic you can hear but not much, very quiet most of the time.

I usually do not complain but the two and half days were miserable . No hot water until the morning we checked out , out of control kids pulling fire alarm in the pool area so we were evacuated for an hour at 12:30 AM. Because they didn’t close the pool area at 10 pm as posted . Messes in the elevator never wiped up the whole time we were there . I told them about it nothing was done . When I went to check out they were not willing to compensate my bill for any inconveniences . No showers for 2 days is definitely an inconvenience. Staff barely spoke English very difficult to communicate. I was very disappointed in the whole stay . Never again will I stay at this hotel .
