The property needs some attention. Seats in lobby ripped, walls by elevator damage, and bathrooms caulk need attention. The shelves in the kitchen were dusty. The bedside table lamps were broken. And overall, the walls are really thin and so the noise of others carry. I had to call the front desk at 1am to complain about the family next to me. The kids crying didn't bother me but they sounded like they were moving furniture. The breakfast wasn't great. If you have dietary issues, do not stay here. They have breakfast sandwiches premade or breakfast bowls premade so if you have dietary restrictions you could deconstruct the food but you will have cross contamination. I asked if they switch up the breakfast items and was told no. This is what is given to us and we heat it up. Our last day, the area was messy and no one was attending to it. The pillows are extra soft so you have to ask for firmer pillows. The individuals working seemed nice but this hotel was not the standard I expected for Hilton Home 2 Suites based on other properties I have stayed at. Much needed reno needed.

It was a little frustrating that I had prepaid for a room with two queen beds and hide a bed. But when I got there they only had a king and hide a bed. Said the system over booked. Had to have a kid sleep on floor. Felt they should have at least given us a discount. Other than that it is a Perry nice hotel.

We stayed here for a tournament with our teammates. The kids were told multiple times to be quiet while playing in the pool or they would be kicked out. If your staff can’t handle teams staying here, don’t be a part of the hotel circuit where teams are required to stay! The surrounding area had zero outdoor space for the kids and didn’t appear very safe, so the pool was where they played and had fun. While the breakfast was great, the property is right next to a busy road. Loud traffic and motorcycles right outside your room window. Lastly, our room wasn’t very clean - there were multiple items right under the bed skirt that proved the vacuuming isn’t sufficient, and our toilet was dirty when we arrived. We will not return to this hotel.

We have stayed here a few times before and absolutely love this place. The area has everything you need right around you. The staff are always polite and friendly to chat with. The only downfall of this visit was the fire alarm going off 3 out of the 4 nights we were there. It wasn’t at a great time either, woke up my kids. Other than that, it’s always amazing here. Highly recommend for anyone.

We stayed for 5 nights. Overall it was a good stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Love the kitchenette with the microwave, frig and coffee pot. The pullout bed/couch came in handy. We used the small pool one time with my grandson and it was adequate for a child. We also only had the breakfast once over our stay. It was very busy on the weekend and it appeared the poor overworked breakfast lady had a hard time keeping up with demand though not for lack of trying. The breakfast was just so so...I tried an egg patty and it very salty. My grandson enjoyed his cereal and yogurt. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, I had no problem asking for clean towels when needed. The employees were very cheerful and helpful. It was easy in and out of the parking lot. As a side not, we travel with a fan to block out noise which I'm glad we had. It is located on a busy street so keep that in mind and ask for a room in the back.

The staff and management here are so very helpful and cheerful. They went beyond the call and a couple of occations, not just for us but for other guests. Really enjoyable stay. We also love the room it was the perfect size for our family of 7.

Great location, friendly staff who is very helpful, nice breakfast every morning, clean and very comfy rooms. They also provided a pack and play for our baby! Sarah at the front desk is a wonderful person.

The room was spacious and fit our entire family! It could've definitely been cleaner. The bathroom especially.

Choose motel for pool for grand kids, was not advised in advance that pool was not working. Room on State Street was so noisy that sleep was impossible. Breakfast was a disaster. Kept running out of food silverware, cups, and dishes.

My children were looking forward to swimming in the pool. When they got in the pool there was hair in the pool. Not just a few pieces like clumps of hair. Also the breakfast was ok. They ran out of a lot of items and it wasn't restocked in a timely manner.
