Room was in rough shape. Big tear in couch coushin, peeling carpet from wall, chipped paint in bathroom, food on curtains, toilet kept filling every 15 min or so making it hard to sleep, couch bed matress was covered in plastic so it crinkled all night. Shower was either scolding hot or cold. Pool gave my kids a terrible rash. Overall condition of hotel was not great. Breakfast was good. Service was good.

This property was about a 1 star. Advertised to sleep 6 in the suite. 2 queens and a pull out sofa bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was flat and had wires sticking out everywhere. Not even fir for children to sleep on. The photos make the pool and hot tub area look big. Its not, its tiny. And the hottub is even smaller. Hottub isnt as big as a private tub let alone a public hotel hot tub. I would never go back here. For the price Ive stayed in alot nicer 2 stars for half the price.

When we arrived, there was a dog barking non-stop in the next room. If a hotel wants to allow pets, that's fine, but I would like it if there was a floor or multiple floors reserved for pets so I don't have to sleep in a room that has housed pets. I have allergies, and vacuuming just isn't enough to get rid of the problem. Fortunately, the dog was not a problem going forward. We had a daughter come into town and we considered asking her if she wanted to stay with us until we took a good look at the sofa bed. It was dilapidated. Even the sofa was a mess. There was no hand soap at the sink, so we had to use the body soap from the shower. When we showered the next morning, we found that, while there had been enough body soap to wash our hands the night before, that was all that was there. We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is near family that we come to visit. It has really gone downhill fast. Very disappointing.

The hotel itself is nice. Staff was friendly. I reserved a 2 bedroom suite, and it was spacious with 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs, a kitchen and living room. Everything was in working order. The problem was the smell. The living room had a strong urine odor. We arrived, checked in and left quickly to meet with family. When we returned late that night, the smell was awful. Had to leave windows open. We avoided the living room. The bedrooms, thankfully did not smell bad, so we could tolerate it for our 1 night stay. I did let front desk know when I checked out in the morning.

This was an amazing hotel. Family of 4 stay for 5 nights. We had a 2 bedroom room and it was very spacious. It had everything you need in it for a home away from home. Everything that you wanted to get to was very close. Maybe 15 mins from SLC airport. Only 15 mins from Alta Ski resort. Staff was very friendly and had options on things to do close around. Breakfast was delicious every morning. They had a lot of options to choose from. And yes they had meats!! If you are looking for something affordable and comfortable this is the perfect place for you and your family.
