I went down to the lobby with my family on Saturday evening to watch some college football and eat some snacks. I asked the young lady at the front desk to turn on the tv. She said sure. I then asked her to change the channel to the college football game from CNN since there was no one else watching. She said unfortunately that’s the only channel we can watch. The day before the person at the front desk gave me the remote as I worked there in the lobby and told me I can watch whatever I wanted. We packed our stuff and headed back to our room. Just confusing, disappointing and outright rude.

Great place. Excellent staff. Breakfast (which is important when we travel because of our large family) was waffles, eggs, yogurt, fruit, fruit juices, hot chocolate, bagels, hot and cold cereals, etc. Excellent offering for our needs! (But I rarely have complaints about a free breakfast). Pool was small but adequate and water was nice and comfortable. Great place.

Stayed here a few nights to attend a funeral for someone who passed in the family and this hotel somehow made the experience even worse. $200 for a "suite" in middle of Utah, paper thin walls, horrible customer service. Marriott status means nothing here either fyi.
