They were great! We requested close to pool and they accommodated us. The kids loved the pool! Also, breakfast was great and well stocked! The room was so spacious. There were 4 of us in a room and we didn’t feel crowded at all. We had a great time.

Have you ever stayed at a hotel that didn’t have pillows for your room? Well apparently it’s a thing. Got a suite with a pull out bed for the kids and they didn’t have pillows for them. Pulled out the bed, the sheets probably haven’t been changed in months. Went to the front desk to get someone to change them as we were leaving for dinner and she handed me over a pile of sheets and blankets and said here ya go. Spider webs above master bed, toilet that would randomly run. Won’t be staying there again.

Our family of 5 stayed for 1 night. The ad says the room sleeps 5 with 2 queens and a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed. Called the front desk and was told we could pay $20 for a cot or sleep on the tiny loveseat. Called expedia and all they could do was give me 25 points, which I accepted, so i went a bought an air mattress. Asked front desk for bedding, they only had 1 old pillow and blanket. Oh, and our VIP perk of “1 complimentary beverage per person” was 1 bottle of water for our family of 5 to share. We slept well, and breakfast was surprisingly good.

Check-in was quick and easy, but maybe it was quick because the gal at the desk didn’t go over much of any information with me. She didn’t go over breakfast hours or check-out time. She issued me a couple of room keys, told me where the side entrance was and that was about it. Our room was spacious and clean but had the most off putting odor. It was almost electric smelling and was most prominent in the bathroom. The beds weren’t very comfortable. I woke up with my whole body aching. Also, it’s probably just me but their two queen beds definitely seemed more like two doubles. Housekeeping knocked on the door and since I didn’t respond right away, they let themselves in. I was not decent and caring for my infant. We weren’t even here for more than one night so I’m not sure why they would need to let themselves in prior to check out. The breakfast was ok. Not a ton of options and certainly nothing healthful to choose.

We have stayed here several times because it is a great hotel for cleanliness, service, price and has an awesome breakfast!! I love the quiet seemingly secluded location yet access to everything. The kids love the pool!!

Our stay was so-so due to a crying baby in the next room, noisy mini fridge, buzzing lights in our room and bathroom, and a sagging mattress on the side where the television is. Room was clean and exterior was quiet. It was a place to lay our heads for the night, but nothing special.

our stay was very nice. beds were very comfortable. the room was pretty clean (107). i did notice in the bathroom wall close to the door there was black stuff on the wall, probably from the humidity in the bathroom after a shower. its easy to overlook things so high up when your cleaning. when sitting on the toilet its another story. the 7am-11pm pool curfew is very nice. especially where we checked in late. our family was able to still have adequate time for swimming. it was a good price. Breakfast was nice. mostly fresh fruits of all variety which our family loved. i look forward to staying there again.
