The location was great for us. The room was very large and accommodated our family of 5 very nicely. It was newly rennovated so it was nice and clean.

Rooms were clean, and free breakfast was awesome. My kids went swimming in the pool every chance they get and they have plenty of towls by the pool. We had a good time and would definitely stay here.

Gret location. Clean and comfortable for what we needed. The hotel is under construction right now but it’s not loud during sleeping hours. The two beds accommodated the older family members and the two littles slept on the pullout bed. Overall, met our needs for a quick stay. Breakfast was enough to get a little something in our belly’s for the morning. Parking lot gets full quickly but they have a lot right next door which is still super close. Overall a positive stay.

Great safe location near Gateway, Vivint, Temole Square and City Creek. Walking distance to all. Friendly service, easy check in and the rooms are very clean, comfortable. Great for our family!

We had a nice spacious room with a separate sitting area with a sofa bed in addition to 2 queen beds. Worked well for our family of 4 with 2 teens. Hotel is well located with easy access to downtown. Breakfast was basic, with a small hot buffet of eggs, sausage and French toast. I like having breakfast in the hotel because it’s convenient, but if I had to pay for it, I would definitely go somewhere else. The bedding in this hotel needs to be improved. The blankets to cover at night were very thin. We asked for extra and my daughter was still cold. I wasn’t expecting luxury bedding in this 3 star hotel, but this was one of skimpiest beddings I’ve ever seen.

We loved our stay here - the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and our kids enjoyed the pool. It was close to so many things we wanted to see/do in SLC; the location seemed perfect! Only things we didn’t enjoy were the paid parking and the breakfast was just okay. Overall, great stay! We would come back.

The hotel itself and the hotel staff were great and very friendly and accommodating. Due to a late flight, and a delayed flight, we didn't arrive to the hotel until 2am upon which the front desk said they never received our hotel reservation from hotels.com. I showed them our confirmation number and they said they had no record of the reservation and this happens often with hotels.com. The staff was very accommodating and still got us in, but this could have been even more frustrating at 2am with small children, had they been busier that night with no openings. Does make me think about whether to go through this website in the future.

Staff was excellent—even allowing our kids to get some breakfast items an hour before their breakfast officially opens. Room was large and comfortable. Great hotel. We were unaware of parking fees and frustrated with the extra charge but overall very satisfied.
