My family was returning home after a week of camping in Yellowstone and I had a lot of expensive gear attached to the roof of my vehicle preventing me from parking in the parking structure. After the police warned me that this might get stolen, Moana working at the front desk, offered to allow me to park right by the front door in the loading area overnight. As a result, we had no issues whatsoever and we’re very very grateful for her help!

1 star for checking in and customer service , 4 star for the room and location. So I checked in around 7pm with my family . The guy was seating behind the counter was really rude. He acted like he didn’t wanna be there! Or underpaid . Or he had personal problems. I don’t know how to explain! As if we were staying there for free . He didn’t answer any questions. I had a big smile on his face . I did not feel welcome after 10 Hours drive. I don’t blame him . I think is lack management. Oh and get ready to pay $150 deposit for each room . We had 2 rooms .

This place was clean and the hotel was nice, however when it came to the parking, the description in the booking stated that there was free parking, however there is like 10 free parking spaces right in front of the hotel, the rest are across the street from the hotel, which is littered with homeless people. You can use their underground parking, but they tack on another $10 for that. There was also the pool, which was out of order and with no explanation. Otherwise the hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast my family loved.

I’ve stayed at this specific hotel before, and loved it, but this time not so much. Each and everyday out of our 6 night stay something happened. Day one the hotel had ZERO hot water, couldn’t give an eta on when it would be fixed. Days 2-3 the garage doors were broken, and there are a lot of homeless people near the hotel. With the door being broken they decided to just keep the doors open, and homeless people were walking throughout the hotel. Days 4-6 the AC went out in the second half of our rooms, and that problem was never resolved. The pool and hot tub were out of commission, which sucked because our kids were excited to swim on their summer vacation. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, and they don’t joke about the 6-9 time. The kitchen was unplugging warmers about 845, so you better get down early.

The hotel is great. Great breakfast. Clean quiet room with great amenities. Although toilet had to be looked at twice as it didnt flush well and remotes for TV broke twice. Just had issue with the pool being closed in summer - terrible decision (not posted on Expedia site either). And the homeless population surrounding this area (2 shelters near by) This made it difficult to walk anywhere. Which was a shame as there were great places to go within walking distance. My family chose to Lyft (cheaper than Uber in this area) everywhere.

Well first of all we had two rooms and they couldn’t find one cause for some reason it was in another name then our room was an hour late to check in cause it was still dirty then I called before we came to make sure the pool or hot tub was open and they said yes and it wasn’t there was no swimming period and with kids that’s a huge problem

This property was not in a great location of SLC. The roads were under construction and there was no warning or information. I reserved side by side rooms & didn’t get them so I was running between rooms to check on my family.

This is a somewhat hard review. The property has potential for sure. The big problem; We went there with my family and found a sex toy on the floor...not cool for little kids. Also makes you feel like your room was never really cleaned. I tried to talk to management. They were never available and the staff didn't seem to care. The first lady just said she was sorry. At least the second person offered us the free parking and to have the cleaning staff come clean it. There wasn't really any effort to make us feel like they cared at all. Food was good. Hotel has a lot of homeless people around. Not their fault but I wasn't going to let my family out on the street alone. Overall, not a great experience.
