We arrived in the middle of an extreme heat wave, so we probably would have enjoyed the proximity to restaurants a lot more had it not been unbearable to walk even a short distance. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. One note, the hotel is lovely and in a great neighbourhood, but if viewing open drug use, etc makes you uncomfortable, be aware that there is a park and a mission near by so we did witness intravenous drug-use while walking with our kids, a half block from the hotel. Still we felt very safe and SLC is a lovely place to visit.

FROM the Moment we Checked in we were Greeted with Smiles and Friendly Staff. Check in was a Breeze..ROOM was clean and had plenty of room for a family of 5. Pool and Hot Tub were clean, Breakfast was very Good plenty of choices and always stocked. WE really enjoyed our Stay.

So impressed. We stopped here on a family road trip for the night and not only was every staff member we encountered so kind and helpful but the hotel itself was so clean and nice. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast had so many options to choose from. Would stay here every time we come back to Salt Lake.

Toilet door lock is really unsafe especially for family with child, my finger got stucked twice, other than that good service and near to mall area.

It was great if you are good with staying with a bunch of families. Which I have had a young family, so that is OK. Mornings were a little bit noisy with kids in the hallway. Not super serene.

Pros: clean, friendly staff, nice location, nice breakfast Cons: lots of noise in the halls late and early. We could hear kids running and yelling which I know the hotel can’t control, but starting around 6:30 - 7am we could hear the maids talking on radios.

Great mountain view!!! This is a great place for family trips to Salt Lake City.with indoor pool and free breakfast. What really stood out the most is the staff and the care they took to make sure we were taken cared off. Very conveniently located near Temple Square and other interesting venues. We will definitely come back on our next trip to SLC.

I have previously worked at another Hilton property. This one seemed very well maintained, clean, and the staff was great!! Our room was comfortable and located in my favorite part of the hotel. The bed was comfy and the bedding was clean (which is huge for me!). Also, plenty of towels in our bathroom. The hot breakfast was good and there were lots of choices. We had planned to go swimming, however our personal plans changed due to traveling with a baby. But the pool and fitness facilities were available 24/7 and looked clean/well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this location to friends and family. Thanks for making our weekend getaway so great!
