This place was amazing especially for the price. It was close to the Delta center and their complementary breakfast was above and beyond any hotel I have stayed at with my kids

The staff was so helpful at check-in and the room was extremely comfortable. We visit regularly to see our daughter’s doctor at the children’s hospital and can definitely say we will be visiting again.

Staff is always super friendly, professional and accomodating. The shuttle was great, on time and easy to schedule. They are remodeling, but I stay there over other hotels in the area because of the staff. Pool, hot tub and sauna are great and clean. Breakfast is good and has several options based on diet. I recommend this place to anyone coming into town and it is also very family friendly.

We have loved each of our stays at Crystal Inn! The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are a great size, breakfast has many hot options, the indoor pool and hot tub are a hit for our kids and its a quick walk/drive to any local sites you are visiting SLC for! We willcertainly be visiting again soon!

Older property, some things worn out or worn down. Did like the double sink outside of the bathroom in the room though--made it easy for other family members to brush teeth etc. when the bathroom was occupied. Super crowded at breakfast and line took a while to get through, slowing us down for morning plans.

I was placed in a room in a wing under construction without being told in advance AND with rooms out of the construction area available. It appears that they place Expedia customers is less than desirable rooms. This is not the first time. Also, the street adjacent to the hotel (and the way to restaurants by foot) looks like skid row. People sleeping on the sidewalk, drunk, seedy. Don't stay here!

Very clean and nice inside! Pool was perfect for our kids! It is downtown Salt Lake and right by a McDonald’s. Not super safe to walk but great inside!
