We stayed for a soccer tournament and the hotel was loaded with kids but the rooms were pretty sound proof. I love the pool was open until 11- most close at 10. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good.

We had a state swim meet that we had up at the rec center in Bountiful. We had plenty of room. They treated us really well. They have a good breakfast and it has something different every morning. They have a hot chocolate/coffee machine that makes it on demand. The kids loved the hot chocolate.

When we arrived learned the pool was closed. No mention of this on the listing with Expedia. Kids were bummed. They arranged for you to use another hotels pool but that is a huge hassle to drag your kids around to swim. But couldn't cancel without losing money. Room was clean. First night was quiet. Second night we had some loud people above us. Sounded like the ceiling was going to come crashing down.

We travel with out Cocker Spaniel and I always stay at this BW Plus when going through Salt Lake. We reserve 2 rooms for our family and then call to inform them we have a dog. They've always put us on 1st floor room right next to a door exit and easy access to a grassy area - they even have poop bags right next to the exit door. Love the staff and quietness also!

Ive stayed there many times, while visiting my daughter and grandchildren and have many great memories of them literally growing up there. First swimming with water wings years ago, last visit they are 12 and 14 and we had a girls night in our favorite suite. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I did miss your touch of homemade cookies every night at 5. It made it more homey, smelled great, and was a special touch that bought guests together. Please reconsider!
