Never again! You show up with tired exhausted kids…and they don’t even have the room you booked!!! And already paid for!! I don’t care if it was booked through Expedia! It’s still your hotel and it was booked weeks before! We booked two queens and a pullout. Ended up with a king and pull out. Kids were sleeping all over each other one kid rolling all over on top of me, kicking me all night. The breakfast is awful. The blow dryer will take you 100 years to dry your hair. The beds are awful, the tub/shower is gross, and the service is awful. If this is your type of hotel then this one is spectacular for you! Not recommended and will never stay here again. Thanks for ruining our fall break with our kids. Everyone is tired with no sleep.

Thank you for a great stay! Super clean hotel and we loved the doggie gift you gave us. The room was awesome and so much room for our dog and family of 4. The breakfast was ok. You will definitely need to Eat somewhere else if you are a big breakfast eater.

This is our third stay at this property. We keep coming back for location, comfort, and great service. We had to leave two days before scheduled due to family illness and Laura at the front desk made extra effort to work with Hotels.com rep and get us a refund Big thanks to Laura, and we'll be back on our next visit to Draper.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and door seperating bedroom and kitchen/livingroom. We stayed for a week and slept good every night. Pool and hot tub were both nice, kids loved it. Breakfast was tasty and had lots of options. Only complaint was the check-in, no directions to where elevator or room was and no explanation of where stairwells were located. First night something kept setting fire alarms off and we had to hunt for building diagram to find the stairs. Luckily it was a false alarm so we didn't need to evacuate. Good reminder to check that stuff even if you don't think you need it.

I booked a two rooms because of a family graduation event. I called to personally request room’s adjoining and called a month prior to request bi even offered to pay extra. The staff said they were not able to accommodate. I felt that plenty of time was provided so for future events I won’t stay there.

Joanne at front desk during check in and while was so amazing. So accommodating, great spirit, and made our stay so much better! We love you. Thank you for the amazing snack bar and extra love for our kiddos and pup dog. We will always stay here from here on out!
