There was no one at the desk when we arrived. Just a sign saying they’d be back. There is a child screaming outside our room. It’s very loud! No restaurant nearby to walk to. We didn’t want to drive anywhere after driving for 12 hours. It is difficult to find the hotel.

This was an extended stay to see family while on a trip for an appointment. So, we enjoyed the comfortable rooms and breakfast could have a little more variety but was good. The access to the hotel is a little tricky with Bangerter HWY but we managed ok. Was a nice stay for sure. It was quiet, just what we needed.

In the amenities it listed cribs were available for families traveling with little ones. This is something we look for while traveling, as it makes a huge convenience to not have to pack the extra items. Upon arrival, the desk host didnt know what we were asking for, and we had to use several different terms to describe a crib. Then she told us they dont have any at all. Later said they actually do have one, but nobody knows where it is. Needless to say, it made for a rather difficult situation and tough night. Overall the place was nice, checking in wasnt bad. They just need to update their amenities about cribs so families are aware, and can either come prepared, or opt for a different hotel.

Very clean and everyone we ran into was so nice and polite! Breakfast was very good! Room was very clean! Our family didnt have one problem wrong with our stay!

Everything during our stay was great besides the noise near our room. We could hear kids running up and down halls , open and closing of all doors and could hear the people above our room constantly walking on our ceiling. Our room was also by the elevator which I’m sure made it worse with the extra traffic . We were there on business so to bed early and up early… other than that all was wonderful !
