The young girl at the front desk was awesome. We went by early before checkin time to see if we could drop off our luggage since we wouldn't be coming back till 9:00 and she allowed us to take the luggage to our rooms at that time. We asked about restaurants in the area and she gave us a number of suggestions, two of which we tried and they were great. We had two adjoining rooms and it worked out really well since there were 5 of us in from the same family. The rooms were spacious and clean.... would stay there again for sure...... The only problem we found, which they can do nothing about is, it's pretty close to the freeway and was a little noisy

The woman that checked us in was so incredibly nice. I wish i could remember her name, but all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and we loved the pull out couch bed for the little kids. It is close enough to the ground I didn't have to worry about anyone falling out of bed. The only negative thing I would say is that the pool and hot tub had SO much chlorine when the jet were turned on it put the chlorine in the air and made our eye burn. Great place to stay otherwise. Has a diner across the street as well as lots of other dining choices nearby. It was close to the aquarium as well, which was our main attraction to the area.

Everything was perfect! The set up/lay out is great. Enough storage and tables for our family! We really enjoyed the coffee and breakfast! And location is 💯 it’s next to so much food and markets. Will def stay here again!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pet friendly and had a room to accommodate my family of 5. Only downfall was the hot tub jets were not working but the water was hot. Maid staff kicked me out of room on checkout day at 9:30 when my itinerary said check out was at 12. Will stay again if needed.

Suites are spacious and great for family stay. Breakfast had good choices, workout room is small but nice. We stayed for a family member recovering from a medical day surgery. Place was quiet and staff was kind and gave us space. They have a loaner wheelchair if you need help getting from car to room. In case you are traveling with adults, the trundle bed under sofa is low...okay for young children, but not teen or adult.
