It was a very nice up to date hotel with plenty of extras such as games, exercise room, and small store. Very family friend and staff was amazing!

Our second day there we had gotten a call about our kids being to loud when it wasn’t even our kids we had just gotten back to the hotel room and the staff member that called us was EXTREMELY rude when I tried to explain it wasn’t our kids doing it. I do have to say though another staff member named Tess was highly respectful when my kiddo got sick and we had to get new blankets and things for him. She was more than willing to help out he also said he felt bad for her that she had to wash the blankets he used.

You night desk person Gayle was so friendly and helpful. I cannot tell you how happy she made my family feel after a long day of traveling. She treated our dog to such a wonderful care package too ! Thank you.

The hotel is conveniently located along the highway in a new developed area next to the air base. We asked for a room at a high floor not facing the highway and away from common door, elevators and ice/vending machines: the front desk fully respected the request to our delight. The only noise we could hear was from the spacious parking lot in front of our room, from vehicles with modified exhausts. The only gripe/issue with the hotel is that in a trend noticed also in other hotel chains, the bedding is made of a poly-blend (e.g. not 100% cotton) material that doesn't breathe at all, making the bed extremely unconfortable and hot no matter the room temperature. After the first sleepless night in this "shroud", we ended up using a blanket given to us by family and slept just fine. And another problem, common in more and more hotel chains, is that the room door is not very sound proof. So, noisy guests in the corridor can be heard like as if they were in the room. Because of these things, and mostly because of the sheets, I cannot give a full star review to this hotel. I hope this chain (and others) revert to 100% cotton breathable bedding.
