Very dated. Bathtub didn’t plug which was inconvenient with kids.

Kim was so nice checking in. We picked this hotel because it would fit a family of five. The rooms are pretty clean (only thins was a dirty sock under the pull out bed, but that’s easy to miss when cleaning. The only thing we did not like is it is very noisy in the rooms- you can hear everything in the hall- the doors have a pretty big gap between the floor and doors and I’m sure this is why.

Our family has Hosted several Events there in the Conference Rooms and we have been very happy with the Staff that assisted us. We'll be back.

This is our "goo-to" place when we visit Ogden and family. Good rate and pretty good facility.

They were doing a lot of construction while we stayed, and the lobby was looking run down, the elevator looked in need of major TLC, there were a lot of things to dodge and walk around throughout the hotel. Carpet was loose in several areas in the hallway. In my opinion they should have been advertising a reduced rate and notified customers. There was an email sent about the construction, but it made it sound like it was affecting the pool and outdoor only. The elevator was extremely old and needed TLC. The room was pretty run down and light fixtures were loose. The towels were not all clean, the bedding had small stains, and pillows were in bad shape. It just didn’t feel comfortable. We did find a wall corner panel in the floor when we checked in which they fixed the same day. The hospitality staff took great care in their effort to make the rooms comfortable. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. The concept of the King room with the pull-out couch is what made us choose this hotel and that was extremely helpful with a young child! However, I would not stay here again if I had other options.

Window was wide open when we first entered room, on the 3rd floor, and we have small children (dangerous). We found a roach in our bed. Hotel was in a general state of disrepair as doing renovations

My family and I had a good stay at this hotel. The beds were cozy and the fold out couch was nice to have. The breakfast was good. The only bad experience is that we had a noisy kid and his parents did not do anything about him keeping it down after 9pm.
