Really clean, safe and family friendly

Overall experience was great. Staff was very friendly and the hotel is nice and modern compared to the other hotels around! Ran into some issues with the bathroom lights flickering pretty badly in the room just as we checked in, asked for maintenance but unfortunately didn't come after they said they would call. We just decided not to turn on the lights unless we needed to because it was a headache to deal with. Couldn't switch rooms because we needed the accessibility space. Bathroom cleanliness could be better in the accessible room. The chair used for the tub was pretty nasty/dirty and we refused to use it. It was unfortunate because that was one of the reasons we booked the room. Breakfast was convenient enough, little options but it gets the job done. Love the little snacks and other convenient stuff they sell by the reception area. Bonus microwavable foods, ice cream and alcohol. Lobby is a great place to work and chill when its not crowded with children and adults who can't control their children. But overall, great experience. Would book again.

This is an amazing place to call home and enjoy Houston for the weekend with family.

Tv didn’t work, kids running in hallways until late night

Room looked clean at first sight. The fitted sheets looked dirty and with hair on them, the cleaning lady was very nice and changed the sheets for us. Everything else was good. Nice warm breakfast, and my kid and husband loved playing foosball before heading out.

It was a trip organized by me for a family member funeral service, we appreciated the full breakfast, the quick check-in and out of the Agents and the friendliness of the employees. Having the tea and coffee, ice for the guest makes a big difference and I enjoyed the lounge area in the lobby... very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. AC in the room is perfect at least no noice when it’s on. Coffee and tea are always fresh and the breakfast they prepare is good and healthy.Unfortunately I had to leave early due to family emergency. I wish I stayed more. Definitely gonna reserve at this hotel for our next vacation.

Clean hotel super friendly staff. Very kid friendly!

The stay was really great overall. The room was very clean, the hotel was very nicely decorated, and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was our TV remote was cracked and would not work. We got a replacement remote from the Front Desk and it worked BUT the Front Desk called us at 9:00PM because they needed the remote back to change the channel in the lobby. That wouldn't be a big deal normally but we have 2 young kids and cartoons are a pretty big deal in the mornings while we get ready. It inconvenienced us a little bit but not too bad.

Brand new property, very clean and sufficient,, good staff would definitely stay here with my family
