Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Houston NASA/Webster

Staff were friendly; however I gave this hotel a low rating based off cleanliness. Our room was dirty. The floor under the pull-out couch appeared as though it had not been cleaned after several guest hotel stays. Trash underneath along with previous guest belongings. After pulling out the bed (pull out couch), we saw a few roaches crawl across the back of the couch/wall. The toilet in the bathroom lifted up when sat on it. The next morning we saw more bugs in the room—crickets this time. The hotel maid never came to clean our room during the entire stay and our trash never got taken out—we traveled with a toddler. We had to take the trash out ourselves. We had to ask for extra towels, the pull out couch did not have bedding and we had to ask for it, TV remote didn’t work and the replacement didn’t work either. Indoor pool had ants all around it. The king mattress sunk in on one side and was very uncomfortable. Lastly, the thermostat didn’t work and so the room would get really cold and then really humid when we would adjust. Will not be staying here again.

Waited at the front desk for 20 min with no one at the desk. Actually walked into the back area to ask for assistance and a maintenance worker said she would find the front desk attendant. 10 more minutes later someone comes up front and gets us checked in. Not a great start with someone who has an infant and needs to feed and change her.

My family of 7 was looking for one night convenient room for my kids and my mom and we found this place. Thank you Fairfield Inn ❤️

It’s a great property and I’d recommend this to all my friends and family

Great location to restaurants which you can walk too, breakfast was good with lots of tables to sit, near NASA, only downside was during our stay there were kids running up and down the hallway.

Everything was great. I was in the Houston area visiting family and the Fairfield Inn and Suites made the visit enjoyable.

Made a quick trip due to a family illness and decided this looked like a good overnight. Very nice front desk help, and easy parking and checkin. The area was off of the highway, so no problem with highway noise. My one complaint is that someone close by left their television on all night long. My white noise sound app helped, but it was loud enough I could still hear somewhat. The bed was comfortable.
