Overall the curtained service was 1000%. The hotel itself 2-3 star. Guest was smoking at the pool therefore our kids did not go. Mold and discoloration in the rooms on on the walls. Beeping sound which caused use to switch rooms. If it for location book. If it is for cleanliness and comfort try another.

There wasn’t one thing that I thought needed to be better. We enjoyed our stay during such a busy weekend, Texas Grand Nationals. If we ever come back we will definitely be staying here again!! One of our favorite was the buffet of FREE breakfast. And of course the pool/hot tub being open even in March, kids loved it.

The lady at the front desk (Elizabeth) was very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my kids and i was comfortable.

This property was great! We really enjoyed our stay, and we will likely be back with our kids. There were lots of amenities and great breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the whole place is very clean. Our room was spacious like a small apartment. The only issues we had were that the TV in our room was pretty difficult to figure out (seemed like there were two programs on it fighting each other), the front desk didn’t answer calls from our room, and we never received the extra blanket we asked for. These were minor issues since we weren’t in the room a ton, but could be more annoying for someone staying multiple nights.

Front desk staff was great!!! So friendly! This hotel is very outdated. We requested room to be cleaned twice. never was cleaned. We needed a blanket for our kids. They were out 😳😳 So we slept with a sheet and gave the kids a blanket. Breakfast was awful! There were a huge group of THUGS not staying at the hotel playing on the basketball court so the kids staying there couldn’t even use it!
