Sheraton Stonebriar Hotel

We loved it! It is off the highway and we expected noise. There was none. They also had a ton of cheer families, no noise in the hallway. Sunday as we checked out, there was maintenance with touch-up paint and air filters. They care and maintain the property. We walked to Summer Moon for coffee, Cantina Laredo for dinner and paid $10 eachway to uber to TruckYard, a fun after party.

I had reserved a two queen bedroom, which was the sole reason for booking this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, they did not have any two queen rooms, only a single king bed room which did not work for my family. Very disappointed that they did not honor my reservation. A few items (like ice machine) not working in hotel as well.

We arrived for check-in around 8:30 pm. We didn't know about a soccer tournament in the area and we saw a bunch of high school parents with their kids in line in order to check-in. It took almost 2 hours for us to get attended because it was just ONE lady at the counter. It was unbelievable that no else was able to assist her. They have an Starbucks inside of the hotel and we tried to have a new drink; we were surprised when we did not get what we order. The person who prepared our beverages said " I'm not a Barista; I'm the bartender and I'm helping here". It did not make any sense for us to have that excuse. The carpet on the elevators are extremely dirty with a bad smell, just one ice machine working on the entire four floors hotel? We did not get housekeeping service at all in the entire day. Overall, very disappointing service for a very nice hotel, located in a very nice area.
