The front desk worker, Divy, was very polite and helpful. The hotel had many amenities such as a game room and pool. The room was clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the selections offered for breakfast: Sausage, eggs, toast, pancakes, yogurts, donuts, oatmeal, etc. Our stay was very quiet, comfortable, and enjoyable. We will definitely consider staying again in the future!

Hardwood floors in room so much better than carpeting. Bed mattresses were encased in protective covering which I don't understand why it isn't standard practice for every hotel to do but because Tru by Hilton does it, I'll be staying with them again. Enjoyed using pool table down in lobby area as many other families did as well. Highly recommend Tru by Hilton.

Front desk guy was very friendly and helpful, both during the check-in process and with great suggestions for local restaurants. The facility was in very good condition and very clean. There was a pool table and shuffle board table in the lobby, which my kids and I used quite a bit. The breakfast was pretty standard, but there was plenty of it. This hotel met my expectations in every way.

The front desk was great, the hotel was clean, had a pool table downstairs in the lobby as well as a pooo and a out door area. Very good for families with kids, I was traveling solo for a competition.

I am very upset with expedia, I reserved a rom with 2 beds with a lot of time, when I get there they tell me they have 1 room with a king. We are a family of 5.

Everything about the stay was great from the start of checkin with the front desk receptionist West. She was definitely amazing. She made us feel like family and that we were at home from the one to check us in and then Check is out 2 days later. When you stay at this hotel be sure to ask for West. She is the sweetest and got us Checked in early as we did arrive a little early before the bad weather hit. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were neat and clean.

I specifically chose this hotel for netflix and i get there and they told me they did not have netflix. rooms were overpriced for the rate. breakfast was good with multiple family games in the lobby
