Loved everything about this property. When I arrived I was surprised that this hotel was located in a very good location with ample parking. Also found that the hotel looked new or recently upgraded because everything in the hotel and room was clean and well maintained . There is Extended stays right next to it . Highly recommend it to friends and families .

Friendly staff, and clean rooms. Only down side is just an outdoor pool. Cheaper room rates given, breakfast not included in price, which is fine for us with kids because they usually like something from the kolachie factories.

Went to check in and was told room was not ready and it was exactly 3pm. Told at least another 30 minutes, a family walked in after me and they got there room. Should not have rooms already assigned, should be first come first served

Hotel is really nice and very clean and well maintained. I felt it was very family friendly. I felt it was a bit on the expensive side though.

Hotel staff was very friendly and hotel is well maintained and clean. When I checked-in, internet and reservation system was down, but staff worked quickly to get all patrons taken care of. The other hotel guests left a bit to be desired as there were kids playing and running in the hallways, banging on doors at time. There was also someone smoking in another room which caused the smell to permeate other rooms and the hallway. Staff tried to handle the situations as best they could. I will stay here again as the hotel is clean and staff is helpful and friendly.

Only 1 luggage cart. Due to COVID no housekeeping. Stayed a total of 4 days, multiple times having to call for clean sheets that you have to go downstairs & pick up from reception. If housekeeping is on your floor, go to them & get clean towels or you won't have any. Trash all in the hallway from guest. Had multiple families fighting. Horrible play to stay.
