I was sad that the pool wasn’t available to my 4 kids, it was one of the reasons I booked here.

This is my usual over night stop when traveling from TN to visit family in Austin. Always a great stay, clean rooms, friendly service. I travel with my 2 small dogs and there is plenty of yard space to walk them. Close to restaurants and never had a problem with noise.

The facility was very clean - room was a nice size for our family. Only negative was that the two nights we spent there was after 90 plus degrees. It took most of the night for our room to cool down enough to sleep comfortably both nights.

Nice place near shopping and restaurants. Problem is that their pool is broken and it’s not stated on their website nor voiced at check in. My family particularly selected this hotel so the kids could swim. If guest are not able to utilize an amenity then it should not be listed on the page.

It’s Memorial weekend and the property says it has a pool, evidently the pool has been not working for almost 2 years now and they won’t take it off the website, there are a lot of very upset people and very disappointing children here. It was really sad to watch all the kids with their bathing suits on then to find out they couldn’t go swimming. The owner of the hotel will not get it fixed, it’s a sad situation
