Best Western Plus Texarkana Inn & Suites

Very nice place to stay we'll be staying again when we travel to Texas to visit family

Was going to visit my daughter and her family this hotel is a great location to break the trip into 2 parts. Looks new and very modern in every way.

The staff in the breakfast area was SUPER friendly and made our day. Our little 4 year old felt so special to get bacon as an off-menu item and we felt very welcome as a family. The room was quite spacious and roomy as well. Our kid loves the sofa bed!

Great place for families.

As we were walking through the hotel, one of my kids said “This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in.” The check in was a breeze, the entire hotel was extremely clean, and our beds were very comfortable. I have paid way more a night for hotels that were not near as nice and clean and also in the same town. I booked it due to the rate being one of the cheaper rates. I can’t say much about the breakfast due us having to leave so early and there was a line and we couldn’t wait. My kids did say they saw some good food from what they could tell. I will try to book this hotel every time I stay in Texarkana from now on.

We have stayed here several times when coming to town for family and were disappointed this time around. The condition of the hotel has definitely gone down. The caulk in the bathroom is peeling and coming off, the sofa cushions were all torn, the carpet is very dusty around the walls and furniture, nothing has been changed out since it was opened and that has been quite a few years. That being said, the bathroom, beds and furniture were very clean. The bed is still fairly comfortable but the pillows leave a lot to be desired. The young man that checked us in was very professional, nice and friendly. The neighborhood is good and we felt safe. I do think the price has gone up a little too high for what you get

This hotel is SO clean and up to date. It was also our least expensive hotel on our Texas roadtrip. We would highly recommend it for families or anyone else. There are lots of places to eat a short drive away for dinner after checking in. We enjoyed the pool, even though it was quite warm from the sun.

Wonderful property, horrible desk clerk! We were extremely pleased with this Best Western Plus. We never chose Best Western because their rooms never met our comfort requirements but the Plus makes the difference! Excellent housekeeping evident everywhere. The bed and bedding were awesome. Quiet property with a beautiful and comfortable lobby area to meet my family from Texas. BIG detriment to this hotel was the desk clerk named Brian. He is not the kind of friendly people person you want to represent your company. My family sat in the lobby area catching up and we clearly heard him on his phone enjoying himself and swearing too. He left the desk area for some reason and a man waited 10 minutes to check in and left. Get someone in the job dedicated to customer service and professionalism.

Stopped for the night. Room was large which was great. We have a baby and set up his pack and play with plenty of space to spare. Staff was friendly, the breakfast in the morning was great - the hostess working was super friendly and pleasant.
