Our stay was nice overall. The breakfast was lacking. Cold biscuits, milk not cold enough, only one fruit option, etc. But the MAJOR complaint is that there is a sign that states if you have any "Special Dietary Needs", speak to a team member for assistance...which I did and received NO assistance whatsoever. My granddaughter has a gluten allergy and there was NOTHING available for her..not even a Gluten-Free cereal option. The team member was just very lax and uncaring....which maybe she had no control, but gluten allergies need to be considered. Try explaining to your child that there is nothing for them to eat there.

Check in person was so pleasant and quick, which was wonderful after a long trip with a newborn.

I loved the property and the staff. The only thing I was surprised by was the exorbitant pet fee. Most pets do less damage than children and they don’t charge extra for children. This will cause me to think twice about coming back. We paid almost as much for the dogs as we did for the room and they don’t need a bed, Disappointing 😢

Front desk staff was great - courteous, helpful, and professional - A+... Rooms were large, clean, fully equipped, and beds were comfortable - Housekeeping service staff and their manager Anita gets an A+...Great breakfast - hot amd tasty! Close to shopping mall. Will stay here again on my next visit to see family and friends. Thanks everyone!
