The lobby was clean, and well lit. Our beds and very comfortable. Great selection of pillows, from soft to firm. We will definitely be back when we return to see our grandchildren in Mansfield.

We stayed in rm 229 for the week of Thanksgiving. Although the rooms looked clean and good, the bathroom was a completely different story. The toilet was NOT secured to the ground. There was mold above the shower, and when we drew back the shower curtain, a dirty washcloth fell from the curtain loops. Also, there was a dirty washcloth with what looked like Taki crumbs everywhere in the closet space in the king bed room. Also, the pool needs to be heated during winter hours or close the pool. No sense in having kids come out with purple lips. The hot tub smelled like feet and was a greenish orangish color.

Very clean and staff very friendly. Monique was great when deciding where to stay. Only problem was that our room was across the hall from the ‘event’ room and they had a big baby shower while we were there.
