The pool was cold and hot tub not working. Half the lights weren't working in the pool area. Group of 14 teenagers overly took over the pool and not allowing other guests enjoy their own pool parties. Super noisy and unpleasant. Our group of 4 kiddos ages 4-8 left cause it was just not fun.

I SO wanted to love this property as the suite gave us extra space, especially when traveling with little kids. I extended our stay an extra 2 days as my grandmother was in the hospital. Our room was NOT cleaned for last 2 days. I had to call three times and told someone would be up immediately to clean. Of course, no one showed up after an hour. So I went downstairs to the front desk to ask the Manager on Duty to send someone to clean it. Their apathy to accommodating a guest clearly does not hold the Marriott standards I've experienced at other properties. Just never been so disappointed in a brand I truly believe in.

I booked at Hampton, only to find when I arrived my reservation was cancelled without notice. Then I found Residence Inn! The best decision I made. It was a better rate, more amenities, spacious kitchen suite vs just a small room. Basketball court worked well for the kids! Inside pool and bbq area was awesome! Wished I had prepared for the bbq pit. The staff was awesome! Everything was awesome including the hot breakfast! Thanks. I’ll always choose this hotel now
