Stayed one night with family of four. Everything was fine. Checkin easy, room was clean and quiet. Wifi was not great though but that was the only issue.

I planned a surprise birthday trip for my husband, it was special because it was our first trip without our kids. When we arrived I was told the room I reserved was not available, that Expedia had not updated with their hotel room availability, but not to worry because I was getting an upgraded room. My upgrade was two queens. This is not an upgrade for my situation. My husband is a big guy, we need a king size to be comfortable and instead we were forced to sleep separate to be comfortable. I asked if I would be compensated for this and she told me, “no because this is an upgrade!” Super, super, disappointed. Also waited about 10minutes for someone to come out of the back room to order some coffee at their coffee bar before ultimately leaving and getting coffee somewhere else. All in all- I will not be staying here again or recommending this hotel to anyone.

I was given a lesser room on bottom floor. It was handicap room. I’m not handicap. Room had a terrible odor after I asked it to be cleaned. Smelled like body odor or musty smell. Carpet was musty. Fridge made weird noise. Plus I was alone n given an adjoining room. Kid running in corridor n almost knocked me down they were across from me n loud all night banging doors in n out. Wasn’t a pleasant stay. I stayed here last year n it was way better. Plus charged for parking n lot was empty. Only reason I stayed here was from my AC being broken. I’d think twice before I come back here. Too noisy with kids running wild. No adult supervision.

My spouse and I stayed for 1 night while attending a family function in the area. Our room was on the 3rd floor. It was clean and quiet. The room was starting to show a little wear but otherwise no complaints. The hotel was easy to get to with many things nearby. Be aware there is a $7 parking fee.

It’s a small place but new and clean .Has a ruling that they clean your room only every 5 days to those staying longer than 5 days. No daily hotel cleaning anymore in this property. There’s no free breakfast either. Nearby a hospital for easy access for family members.
