Go to place when visiting family in Dallas.

This blood stain is not acceptable to a comfortble stay with Marriott and for it to be on the mattress cover and the front desk personnel say he changed it and when we got back from the tournament that was held there, Is not a good experience for us or others that think about staying at that hotel. I don't feel I should’ve had to stay in that room. We should’ve been accommodated in some type of manner professionally as it is a business to have good service and clean rooms. I doubt Mr. Capuano would want his family to sleep in that bed after seeing that stain!!!

Unfortunately we had to have the displeasure of staying at this hotel for a family emergency. They were booked so we were unable to change rooms. The pull out bed for my son was dirty and filled with crumbs, like the sheets or padding was never changed. It was hot so we turned on the AC which was difficult to find but it squeaked and rattled all night. It was awful. The king bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in the mattress. Needles to say we will not be booking here again. I told the front desk and they did nothing and just said they were booked. I spoke to the manager in the morning and he said sorry but did not offer any solution.

Even though remodeling is going on, the staff made sure our stay was great! We visit family there and we will certainly stay again.

My family and I travel often with Select Basketball which includes lots of travel (every other weekend). I was extremely disappointed in our stay. We checked in on Friday, May 13th in Mansfield, Texas, upon settling in we experienced a power outage but we were told by the front desk personnel that the hotel had no control over that. Soon thereafter, my children heard a rustling in the wind. I pulled the curtains back to find that our 3rd floor window was open. The cleanliness of the room was also a great disappointment. The carpets were dirty, the bathroom floor needed to be mopped, the room overall needed freshness of paint and updates. Night 2, the elevator wreaked of an illegal substance without resolve from the front desk. Multiple calls were placed since we had impressionable young boys but to no avail, no security. Upon arrival from the tournament, our room had not been cleaned, nor was trash collected, fresh towels delivered. We also attempted to iron but both irons did not work. Additionally, we were winding down for the evening when we were awakened by extremely loud rock music playing after 10:00 pm. Multiple calls from various parents were made as well. The parking lot was dark, trash outside near the side entrances were overflowing from Friday - Sunday. I asked for additional soap and shampoo, they were out. This will be our families last time staying at any Fairfield and Marriott owned hotels. I expected much more comfort, cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
