No refund after having a family medical issue less than 24 hours before stay. No consideration or thoughtfulness.

I liked the pool was pretty safe for kids very big but most of the pool was only 3ft deep end was 5feet. I didn’t know how the staff didn’t go beyond as a business that runs off hospitality. We stayed one night in our room second night the ceiling was dripping from the bath room causing staff to change our room but they didn’t go beyond. We were transferred to another room didn’t get any extra amenities for the inconvenience. Also I heard one staff member tell the front desk lady that maintenance had already been notified so I don’t know why they still put me in this room. Didn’t get a voucher or access to trolly for the game we were attending. Probably would be a last resort hotel if I visited this part of Texas again.

Hotel was nice. We were placed in a room next to a LOUD, screaming family. The walls are paper thin. The hotel was not at capacity so we did not understand why we were placed next to other guests.

We have stayed here several times, this time was ok at best. My advice is to check and see if there are any events at the convention center prior to booking. The hotel at night was over run by kids running and screaming down the halls.

I really like the ambiance of the pool area. It was good for adults and children. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the hotel room and a larger ironing board. The sheets were stained but they were clean. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
