Mini family vacation. Had a late check in due to traffic. Contacted the location and Mr.Teddy was aware of our late arrival. Once we finally arrived check in was a breeze. Common areas were clean and the pool and work out room was available at this location. Room service staff were super friendly, even spoke to our daughter in Spanish as she is learning the language. Rooms are fine, beds are pretty firm if you like FIRM. Breakfast was simple, make your own waffle and a juice bar and cereal. Overall our stay was great and would recommend this location.

Great stay with my grandkids! We love Hampton Inn and my grandkids loved this one the best so far of any we have stayed at!! Front desk stafff was amazing!!

I have always enjoyed staying at a Hampton Inn but this one was VERY disappointing. It needs some serious TLC! I chose this location due to the indoor pool but the water was ice cold so my kids were quite upset. They had looked forward to swimming all day. We needed extra towels for the pool and showering and were told that they didn’t have enough so we were given hand towels and only 2 full body towels. The large towels had areas that were see through from being used so much. While taking a shower, one would have thought that there was zero hot water but after about 10-15 mins, hot water would shoot out so if you didn’t move fast, you would get burned. The rooms and bathrooms need some serious upgrading! Anyways I would definitely NOT recommend.
