Excellent for family

This was the perfect location for my husband and I. Staff was very friendly, bed was comfy, close to everything we needed. Loved having a mini kitchen available. Would definitely stay again as well as recommend It to family and friends.

Overall…impressed however would’ve been nice to have a couple of more chairs available for family of four. Also…there wasn’t a trash can in the restroom.

Let's start with check-in. Before arriving, I called the hotel to ask if early check-in was available, as my flight was scheduled to land around 10 a.m. that morning. The staff stated I could check in early with a fee. She also mentioned my room was available and clean, so early check-in would not be a problem. When my family and I arrived, the lady at the front desk rudely told me the hotel was booked, and check-in was at 4 p.m. I told her I had called and was advised early check-in wouldn't be a problem. She said it was on a first-come, first-served basis. Mind you, it was frigid and raining this particular afternoon. After seeing how upset we were after being laid down, she asked if a room was available. Luckily, there was a room clean. The rest of the check-in went ok. For us to clean towels, we had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk and stand in the tiny lobby holding dirty towels to exchange for a clean one. This wasn't very comfortable in front of other guests. This hotel has seen better days and would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Perhaps a complete makeover is what this place needs. This is an extended-stay type of hotel with many of the guests living there. The room was clean, except for having to have our bed linen changed in, which they promptly took care of. I would not return.

We had amazing customer service experiences by the staff! The first night, Mia went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were comfortable. The second night I met the manager and she was also extremely helpful and kind. Both ladies were so professional. We would definitely stay again!

Overall, the area and tenants made my family who had rented 3 rooms very uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive, but the rooms needed updating and maintenance help. One room didn't have a working wall thermostat as the battery was dead. The adjoining room began having a smoke/fire alarm chirping around midnight and we had to move rooms. The third room was adequate but the bathroom interior door looked like an animal had tried to scratch it's way out. There were very shady-looking people wandering the halls off and on throughout the night, going in and out of the exit doors and into rooms on different floors. Two of our family members had guests that approached them making suggestive remarks repeatedly when we went out for the evening and were still in the lobby when we returned. We reported what appeared to be an intoxicated, possibly high women going around the halls to the staff who were quick to get the person where they belonged, but overall, the people that were loitering and smoking outside the hotel were very sketchy and I would discourage anyone from staying at this location.

The staff at this Sonesta were helpful and kind, especially to the kids. The rooms were clean, and although the bathroom door did stick a bit, everything else was perfect.

The pull out sofa bed was dirty. When we opened it, there were dead bugs, hair, and the mattress cover was filthy, dirty, stained. Felt bad that my child had to sleep even on top of the sofa with sheets. At least those were clean. The room smelled of cat urine. The thermostat read 61 degrees, but that was the lowest we could set it, still temperature was too warm.

BEST hotel ever!! I highly recommend this place to anyone. Whether you are traveling with your family or for work! The staff is amazing! Super helpful and friendly. They were always smiling. The room was so perfect!!!

I was in town with family to see the Cowboys. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They put us all on the same floor and gave us information about the area. Would definitely stay here again.
