The hotel is right next to Texas Live which is basically a giant night club that is outdoor. If you are on the same side as the night club be ready to party till 2am or later because you don’t have a choice. We were never informed about this and when we got back to our room at 11pm with our kids we were told it’s “not our problem” and we “don’t own Texas Live” so you’ll just have to deal with it. The very loud dance music didn’t stop till 2am and it was terrible. We ended up over sleeping because we were up so late and then the valet service took 35 min to get our car. I understand the place gets busy but for the cost of this hotel these are not acceptable situations. We are not staying at a $39.99 roadside motel and we paid for a luxury experience. I would strongly suggest staying on a very high floor opposite the Texas Live venue and give yourself extra time in the morning because they don’t have adequate staff to handle basic check in and valet.

Absolutely beautiful property! My family of 4 stayed here overnight for a Rangers game. From beginning to end we were impressed by the kindness of the staff. I have two young girls and multiple front desk employees went out of their way to make them feel special. The hotel, itself, was lovely. There are many restaurant and bar options available before and after the game including live music and family friendly games on the lawn. The pool was beautiful, too. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back one day. It was more than a hotel stay it was an experience!

My only feedback was the pool… people kept sneaking in and holding the doors open for random people and employees were bringing in families to swim… it became super crowded and we were unable to enjoy it because how busy it was… Maybe have someone checking to make sure people attending have rooms at the hotel in order to swim

Definitely an awesome view of the AT&T stadium. The pool was lovely as you have the view of the stadium, however, just keep in mind its family oriented. There is no separate pool for adults only which would have been nice for those not traveling with kids. Also, the drinks served at the pool were watered down and not so great. Mixed drinks were approximately $14. I would have expected better drinks. Keep in mind several taxes are charged as well as gratuity. The service also was not so great at the pool as the staff was not attentive. So for the price paid at the pool, it was not worth it. Only great thing is the view. Also, when you check out several taxes are charged on top of what is quoted when you book, which include state, city and entertainment. Also, valet is $39 per night, it is not included in room price. I paid a lot more than I was expecting. So would I stay here again, probably not. I gave 4 stars since the rooms are nice with a spectacular view of the stadium.

The staff was amazing, the hotel is conveniently located between the two stadiums and six flags. The entire set up is meant to entertain both adults and kids.

The property was very nice! We had our room opened twice on the day of checkout at 8:00AM and again at 9:15AM by housekeeping who just came right inside the room. The lady didn’t say anything and just left. As a mom with kids in the room this severely irritated me and I had the note on the door for do not disturb. Also, the steakhouse wasn’t that great with the sides but the steak was great!

We arrived and from the start everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, comfortable and we didn’t have any issues with noise. Excellent location that is close to Six Flags, grocery stores and restaurants. The parking garage is a very easy walk and the parking fee wasn’t too absurd. My young child accidentally purchased a movie which we already owned and thought he was simply watching it on the TV. I called to correct this action and try to cancel the purchase. The lovely lady, Jaime, on the phone was helpful and completely understanding when removing the charge. The pool area was exceptional and so enjoyable. It did close for the dusk hours which another visitor and our family was sad about but we understood the safety measures of it. The staff was kind enforcing the rules. Overall, the experience was exceptionally wonderful.
