Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Arlington South

I have stayed at this location before and it was great! This time I was put in an adjoining room next to two kids who sounded like they were destroying the room! They were slamming things and screaming! Not sure where their parents were! 😡

Everything was good. I hate that we had to change rooms due to a TV issue. The first room was very clean and you could tell that housekeeping did their job.The only other problem with the first room was that it was a conjoined room. I'm not to fun of that unless you have kids or a family member in the next room. People that do not have children or a family member next door should not be offered or placed in types of rooms. For privacy reasons. Of course the door was locked and the family next door did not bother us. The second room had a smell that smelled dirty and musty. Good thing I brought my lysol spray.I did not like that someone had a dog around us that barked alot and the family above us had a kid or dog that ran across the floor the entire time. I really did like my stay regardless of the above complaints and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. There was alot of things do around the hotel area like shopping and eating places within walking distance. Six Flags , Epic waterpark, Texas Ranger Stadium was a short drive. Next time I will just make a special request about the room situation.

Best hotel i have stayed in so far. Loved everything Even the fact that its around so many local businesses, restaurants made everything so much easier.y toddler had the time of his life as well. First time staying in a Hilton and it wont be my last.

nice hotel , nice area can walk to eat . affordable breakfast and very nice , pleasant staff . it’s was a family wedding so it was a great place to stay

Our stay for 4 nights was ok. Nothing special. Room was comfortable enough. A family reunion at the same time we were there overtook the hotel but there's nothing that can be done about that.

We were in town to attend the Cowboys game. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool. We will be back.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they were very efficient and kind in notifying us that we could check in a little early as we had a small child in our party!
