Not a fan of this property chain any longer. They had moisture barriers on very crap mattress that made noise whenever you moved Although I like the walk in shower, my kids became trapped when the doors wouldn’t move without excessive force. It looks like trying to shave costs ruined me as a future customer

It was good. The pool was a decent depth and the kids enjoyed it. The beds were not the best. Even my 7yrold complained about them. Also, the bathroom door was off and creaked really bad. Not to mention it was a shower stall and the shower head wasn’t adjustable so with them being so small, they hated the water in their face. Would have been nice to know that before booking the room.

My family and I got a room at the hotel due to an unexpected power outage at our house. Issac at check-in was great. I told him our situation and he really made us feel at home. The room was huge, which was perfect for my family and I. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed here with our two young children as we prepared to relocate to a new state. I was pleasantly surprised by all the amenities, which worked our perfectly. Would definitely recommend for a family who needs the kitchen and a more home like feel.

It's a good option for travelers with family, well located at !-20 close to shopping and other family related attractions. The staff was very nice with my kids, and they were always willing to assist. Some appliances at room could be in better shape, but not a show stopper for a good experience

I will visit the Dallas area again because of family. But I can never stay at Home2 Suites for a critical flaw: low water pressure on the fourth floor. Neither shower or sink faucets were acceptable . Team members extremely helpful and friendly. Checkin time was 3:00. I arrived at 5:50 but my room was not ready for another 30 minutes. Counter person was only enabled to express her apologies by offering me a bottle of water.
