Location to attractions wss excellent. We waited for the trolly but it never came, and we were able to walk to our destination with no issues. Room was equipped as described. We live locally but got a room so the kids could swim after the theme park, very dissapointed that the pool was closed for repair. Staff was fantastic though.

Stayed for a family vacation with a large group. Staff was excellent. Rooms were very spacious and had a sitting area with sofa that was a sleeper sofa. The property is very nice and clean. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this property to travelers. We had come for a football game and sports complexes are actually walking distance from hotel

I arrived with my family and they had overbooked the hotel. They had to find another hotel for us to stay. Extremely inconvenient and annoying after traveling to Dallas all day.

Customer service from each staff member was excellent! My entire family enjoyed the rooms and swimming with other families. The location is at the center of all the major attractions. Breakfast was amazing. Compliments to the kitchen staff. My only downside was not having a microwave in our room. The room definitely accommodates six people.

The only issue I had is that me and my family were not on the same floor. I would have preferred that. The only issue my family had is the bathroom door (room 316) did not lock. Other than that, no regrets.

Overall, really good experience. Had a little trouble getting an extra pillow for kids food out bed. Breakfast was above expectations.
