After a long day at a tournament, we just wanted to relax and put a movie on for the kids. The TV was not working and after calling the front desk several times, I was basically told it is what it is. There was no offer to rectify the situation or even send anyone to our room to look at it. She pretty much said tough luck. So, I paid over $200 for a room with no tv.

The staff was amazing, made all accommodation for our family! Amazing breakfast and overall everything was amazing!
