We are a military family and the location was ideal. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby. We will be booking this hotel again for future trips.

Just average. Night staff was not welcoming at all. I was traveling alone and assigned to an adjoining room with kids running and making noise late into the night. In the other side it sounded like someone was running as well but much louder, like an adult working out or practicing sprints. Was not told about any amenities, cleaning schedule, WiFi, or anything. DID NOT FEEL LIKE A HILTON stay.

This is my go to if I ever want to do a staycation or booking hotels for family/friends. Always clean and rooms are beautiful and the shopping area is always a plus.

Everything went great besides the people above me, they had kids and they kept running and yelling and had to be up super early for work. Called the front desk and they took care of it. Hotel was great and staff was awesome!!

Luckey and Sandy were amazing! Came for a soccer tournament. This will be our go to spot from now on. Lots of food options within walking distance. They let the kids stay and extra 30 mins in the pool after it was supposed to close because we got back from the fields and dinner so late. They let all of us have a late check out because they knew we had an early morning game and a late evening game and it’s 105 outside. Breakfast was good. Outstanding customer service. Everything was fresh and clean!

Check in was easy and good. Parking was a nightmare. In room fridge was not cooling much. Tub wouldn't drain correctly so it would fill some while showering. Breakfast was not the best and expensive. While there for a convention, some of our people were told they couldn't have outside food or drink. The in house restaurant didn't open until noon when we had kids up since 5 or 6am dancing all morning and having hundreds of people they wanted to order from in house. There was no way that little kitchen could handle their request in a timely manner if everyone ordered from them.

Under renovation. Room had a strong smell of urine. Very little parking. The parking lot is shared with other businesses. There were many people in the parking lot late at night. It made me quite uncomfortable because I was traveling alone and with my young child.
