The manager was so friendly to my kids as we were checking in. It made them feel comfortable and excited

Everything was great. Only bad part were young kids running the halls.

Great location, family friendly, very clean and nice atmosphere

Upon arrival, their garbage bin at the front of the building was overflowing with garbage. I walked in and was told the computer system was down. That didn’t bother me, however, once it was back up and running, a staff member tried to run my credit card for my stay without advising me he was doing so. Typically, they bill you at the end of your stay, not upon arrival. He then asked for another my credit card number. I handed my credit card to the staff member and he asked, “You’re gonna make me read it?” Once taken up to my room, I saw there was a set of used contact lenses on the nightstand. The A/C was running and I could hear there was water moving around inside. I could also smell the dirty water, which smelled like mold. There were a few families in the rooms next to and across from me whose children ran up and down the halls day and night. One family had a dog that barked loudly through the night.

It was very close to family that we were visiting

Had a soccer tournament at the Star complex with the kids. Found the hotel to be close to the soccer fields and very convenient location due to its closeness to a shopping center with restaurants and all. The hotel is clean and comfy with all needs covered (pool, breakfast, exercise room, coffee center). Check in and out was a breeze. Have stayed here multiple times and will come back when needed.

It took me 20 minutes to check in, cause the front desk worked was to busy talking with the couple in front of me. Was almost 11 pm, me and my family were tired. In the morning at 9:20 there was no eggs, because “ they was not expecting it o many people” not enough food.

Front desk worked to let us Check in early and moved us to be by family
