Best Western Plus Atrium Inn

My family and I stayed here 1 night before going to Schlitterbahn. Place was very clean, beds were comfortable, A/C was cool and we enjoyed the indoor pool. Hot breakfast in the morning was good, especially the waffles. My son wished they offered bacon but they did not. Our mini fridge wasn't super cold but it eventually cooled our drinks. Would stay here again if in the area. Price was reasonable.

A fellow quilter and I have stayed at this property many times over the years as we participate in a quilt shop hop in the San Antonio area. This hotel is well positioned for convenience for both gas and food. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean. They are just a little "tired" and in need of updating. It is an older style BW where the dressing area is situated outside of the bathroom and is very tiny and inconvenient with the bathroom door opening into the dressing/sink area. We make it work for us, but it might be difficult for a family. The staff are always friendly and responsive. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. It is the same fare as offered at other hotels, but the breakfast area is kept very well stocked and immaculately clean. We will continue to stay due to convenient location. Just wish they would update carpets, drapes and bedding! Clean, but well worn!

Wonderful service! Our family truly enjoyed our stay

The hotel was very clean, George at the fromt desk was so kind and hospitable and made our family feel very welcomed, all the staff infact were very friendly. A full breakfast was served evey morning 6-9am. We did experienced AC and refrigerator cooling issues but were moved without any issues. The only thing i wouldd have liked is a more comfortable bed. The mattress was hard, maybe adding mattress toppers,.... that would have made it a perfect stay.

The evening staff member was rude, short, argumentative and flat out just ugly towards me and my family when asked about towels, we were treated as if we were either lying and/or trying to steal something. We just didnt receive the right number of towels we turned in. Late night staff and early morning staff were both great.

This was a family event trip, actually booked two rooms. Both were excellent. One room was released one day earlier than expected, manager was most helpful to arrange credit for day not needed. Front desk, provided directons and recommendations for resturants, etc. Clean clean hotel.
